I take Children’s Privacy very seriously. My Terms & Conditions only allow this web site to be accessed by persons eighteen (18) years or older. Due to the age restrictions of this web site, none of the information obtained by this web site falls within the Child Online Privacy Act (COPA). However, if your minor child has provided me with personally identifiable information, you may contact me at the phone number or mailing address listed in the Contacting Me section herein if you want this information deleted from my records. Kim Leischner is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Personally Identifiable Information

In order to serve my customers, I collect personally identifiable information, like names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and sometimes credit card information when such information is voluntarily submitted by my visitors. I will only use your personal information for the following purposes: (1) to deliver the products and/or services to you that you have requested; (2) to validate your compliance with the terms and conditions; (3) for content improvement and feedback purposes; and (4) to reach you, when necessary, regarding your use of the web site or product(s).

I may disclose personally identifiable information collected if I have received your permission beforehand (such as to fulfill a third party order) or in very special circumstances, such as when I believe that such disclosure is required by law.

I may also periodically conduct surveys of my subscribers and customers from time to time so I can improve on the products and services that I provide.

Contact Forms

If you fill out a contact form on the Contact page, the information and request will be sent directly to Kim Leischner. You will not be added to an email marketing list.

Questionnaires and Forms

Detailed information may be obtained through filling out a questionnaire on the website. This information is sent directly to Kim Leischner and the form plugin also stores your submitted information for access by me in the website back end. 

Email Marketing

Your name and email address, and occasionally other requested information will be collected through voluntary opt-in form where you request email updates, you request a free digital gift that is offered (such as a PDF, audio file, or video), or you request access to a webinar or teleseminar. This information is collected and securely held by 3rd party platform 1ShoppingCart via their secure SSL encrypted forms.

Emails or newsletters that I send electronically may use techniques such as web beacons or pixel tags to gather email metrics and information to improve the reader’s experience, such as the number of emails that are opened, whether they were forwarded or printed, the type of device from which they were opened, and the country.

When you give consent to receive email updates, you will be able to receive information on products and services that may be of interest to you, including occasional related third party offers that I may send to you. You also enable me to personalize your experience with me so that I can provide you with the highest quality of service. I may also use this information to contact you about joint venture opportunities if it appears that you would be a suitable joint venture partner.

By submitting your email address on this web site, you agree to receive email from me. You can cancel your participation in any of the chosen email lists at any time by clicking the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. I only send emails to people who have authorized me to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. I do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because I hate spam as much as you do. By submitting your email address, you also agree to allow me to use your email address for custom audience targeting on sites like Facebook, where I may occasionally display custom advertising to specific people who have opted-in to receive communications from me.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

I may use cookies to deliver content that is specific to your interests. Cookies are text files that are used by your computer’s web browser to store your preferences, and enable me to enhance your user experience with my web site. You may choose to accept cookies or deny them, and may opt out of Google Analytics cookies at any time at the bottom of this page.

Analytics and Site Tracking

There is currently no tracking in place on this website.

IP Addresses

I may use your IP address to help prevent fraud, to help diagnose problems with my server, and when you sign up to an email list.

In the case of malicious attacks or attempts by you or your server against this website, including hacking attempts, attempted uploading of malicious code, etc., WordFence security plugin will log your IP address. This could lead to your IP being banned from accessing this website.

Aside from this and the comment submissions mentioned above, there is currently no other tracking in place on this website.

How long I retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on this website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes

How I protect your data

All information collected from you is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. I use shopping cart and CRM systems that have their own SSL encryption and security to protect sensitive information online, and I do everything I can to protect user information offline. Unfortunately, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while I take reasonable measures to protect your information, I cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information that you transmit to me, and you do so at your own risk.

Third Party Actions

I do not control and are not liable for the actions of any third parties who I may promote. I pride myself in working with quality companies, but have no control over the actions of those third parties. While I am not liable for any of the actions of those third parties, you should feel free to give me feedback from time to time on your experiences with any third parties to whom I work with so that I may enhance future service to all customers.
