Self Empowerment Sundays is a monthly opportunity to re-center, re-calibrate and re-commit to our own individual goals, in a community that leverages the power of heart and collective wisdom.

Each Sunday is an opportunity to deeply engage in the mindful, personal and collective practice of allowing our unique light to shine. It is a place to practice BEING and calling forth our own truth, gifts and greatest potential, and encouraging that in each other.
This circle is a safe place to practice stepping deeply into your own truth and authenticity. It will provide an ongoing time and space to meaningfully reflect and explore the core issues emerging along our individual and collective journeys.

If ‘wholifying’ were a word, that’s how I’d describe what we’ll be doing…!
During each monthly live, online session we will utilize the evolutionary power and structure of Circle process to create a resonate, respectful and confidential container of support for one another to experiment, process and evolve personally; and collectively.
Generally our weekly sessions will unfold in this way:
- A mindfulness practice and centering exercise
- An individual check in from each participant
- Intention setting around what each of us wants to gain from participation
- Experiential exercises including appreciative inquiry, systemic constellation work, small group explorations, dyad exercises and other group coaching practices…
- Debriefing and declarations of how we will each carry our personal learning out into our life after that session
- A closing process to send you into the month with energy and intention.

- 2.5 hours per session (9am-11:30am PST)
There is a maximum of 8 participants in each group, so as to allow time for maximum participation from and for everyone.
