Group Mentoring Sessions are a fun, lively, interactive and economical way to develop your coaching skills.
My group mentoring sessions are 2 hours per session, with a maximum of 6 participants.
Coaches aiming for ACC through to MCC are welcome to attend.
The sessions focus on skill development through the ICF competencies and align with ICF standards.
You may wish to share a sample recording of your coaching for feedback during the session, but this is not required.
We generally do some live coaching practice in the session, so come ready to actively participate in any of the roles you choose to step into (coach, client, observer).
Benefits:
Receive valuable feedback, inspiration and encouragement to keep improving your coaching skills.
Use up to 7 hours of group mentoring toward the 10 hours mentoring needed to apply for or renew your ICF credentials.
Use up to 10 hours of group mentoring as ICF-CCE credits (1 hour mentoring = 1 CCE) needed to renew your ICF credential every 3 years.
Connect with a community of other coaches for ongoing support and coaching exchanges.
Have fun learning from the diversity of different coaching styles and levels in each group.
